Nueva Escuela Lacaniana – Second Evening of Libraries: Presentation of the book Lacan Redivivus
The presentation of the unpublished book Lacan Redivivus unfolded as an event marked by the urgency of commemorating the fortieth anniversary of Jacques Lacan's death. It is an exceptional work, whose carefully crafted edition reflects the delicacy with which every detail of its construction was approached. The day began with a presentation by Christiane Alberti, who precisely detailed the intention, orientation, and process of creation that brought this volume to life.
The event was then organized into three working panels under a dialogical format in which each presentation was questioned through interventions designed to interrogate what had been stated. In the first panel, Felipe Maino and Betsy Rivera offered an intimate perspective on Lacan’s relationship with his family and his everyday life. The second panel, led by Mayra de Hanze and Katya Schwazenberg, focused on analyzing clinical practice through the presentation of patients. Finally, the third panel, composed of Gabriela Urriolagoitia and Pilar Santoyo, addressed the dimension of the analytic encounter through the experience of those who underwent analysis with Lacan.
