On 25 February 2023, the journal "Bitácora Lacaniana. Starting Over", nº10, a publication of the NELcf. Together with guest speaker Marta Serra Frediani from the ELP, analysts from the NELcf, Marcela Almanza, Jessica Jara and José Juan Ruiz, discuss the content of the journal, in which the significance that a School publication can have, as opposed to any other publication, is underlined. This issue of the magazine also takes on vital importance for the NELcf, given the moment it has gone through in what has been considered its "restart", with what this signifier can empower a School.
