On the 17th of April 2021, the second preparatory conversation for the 10th ENAPOL was held on the theme "Revaluing love", inspired by J.-A. Miller's course "The partner-symptom". Together with other psychoanalysts from the EOL and the EBP, Ronald Portillo intervened from Caracas, on behalf of the NEL, with a proposal on love as invention.
