On July 17th, the psychoanalysts of the NEL met virtually to hold the First Permanent Conversation of the NEL of the year 2021. On this occasion they discussed the perspective under which the NEL is projected in one of its forms, that of Community-Country, was addressed to think about the existence of psychoanalysis from each of the nine countries that make up the NEL. At the same time, the legal registration of its statutes was held.
