ICLO-NLS had the pleasure of welcoming Clotilde Leguil to Dublin on the 26th and 27th of January 2024. In her first seminar, Clotilde addressed the theme of the next NLS Congress "Clinic of the Gaze" under the title "Vision as an Event in the Experience of Psychoanalysis", posing the question: "In what sense can we say that vision - in Lacan's sense - is truly an event in psychoanalysis?” In the second seminar entitled "Consent, Obedience, Anxiety in the Treatment", Clotilde wonders about the inaugural consent to the unconscious and the relation to consent in one's own existence.
