On Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 8:00 p.m., the First Night of the EOL 2020 Conversation, “The Preliminary” was held virtually and was aimed at members and supporters of the School and the entire analytical community. The conversation was coordinated by Mirta Berkoff who managed to bring to life the theme that the EOL Council had proposed "Trauma Sinthome". Azucena Zanon, whose intervention was titled ¨From the beginning to the beginning¨; Leonardo Gorostiza who presented a text titled "The opacity of the trauma analyst"; and finally, Gabriela Cuomo with her text "Psychoanalysis-Trauma. One more effort to continue being traumatic in the 21st century". This gave rise to a lively conversation.
