The presentation of the book Scilicet, the excellent preparatory volume for the recent WAP Congress "Everyone is Mad", took place on the 9th of February at the ELP's San Sebastian headquarters, belonging to the Basque Country Community. Some highlights of this publication, which brought together 112 products from 23 multilingual cartels and the orientation texts of the Congress, are highlighted here by Julio González and Roger Litten.
