EBP - Southern Section. 1st Conference. Lectures: "The Littoral of the Feminine in the Psychoanalytic Clinic and its Evidences" and "Consequences and Transformations of the Psychoanalytic clinic".
On 23rd and 24th of October 2020, the 1st Conference of the EBP- Southern Section "The feminine and the littorals of the unspeakable" was held. The guest speaker was José Fernando Velásquez Valência, gave two lectures. Initially he pointed out that the title chosen for the conference is linked to the next Congress of the WAP "The Woman Does Not Exist". In his lectures he went through different moments of Lacan's teaching, with emphasis on the last teaching, to address the feminine, its jouissance and its consequences. He stressed the importance for the analyst's practice of taking his/her own analysis to this littoral of feminine jouissance.
