On the 22nd of June 2024, in Belo Horizonte, at the headquarters of the Minas Gerais section of the Brazilian School of Psychoanalysis, the FAPOL the Act of Permutation took place: "The Scandal of Enunciation". On this occasion, the following took office: president, Fernanda Otoni Brisset (EBP); vice-president, Gabriela Camaly (EOL); secretary, María Hortensia Cárdenas (NEL). We broadcast, through Radio Lacan, the inauguration speech of the new president of FAPOL: Fernanda Otoni Brisset (AMS, member of the EBP/WAP).
