Within the framework of SOL - Saturdays of Lacanian Orientation -, this meeting took place at the ELP-Catalonia on the 28th of October, before the last International Congress of the WAP, "Everyone is Mad". The work was triggered by a remark by J.-A. Miller: "Everything announces that the clinic will soon be a thing of the past. It is up to us to adapt our practice to this new epoch, without nostalgia, without bitterness, without a spirit of revenge". And he added: "There will no longer be pathologies...there are, instead, freely chosen lifestyles". Here we only include the epistemological references that made it possible to read the clinical vignettes that day and introduced a reflection on the psychoanalytic clinic that challenges us today.
