We start a series of interviews to colleagues who, for different reasons, have left their native country, and who have decided to practise Psychoanalysis in another country, in another language; to ask them about the implications for each one, and the interest of how to make Psychoanalysis flourish around the world. In this opportunity, Liliana Mauas interviews Eduardo Scarone. Eduardo Scarone is a Uruguayan psychoanalyst residing in Toulouse, member of the ECF and the WAP. He has a master degree in Psychopathology and quotidian life Clinic from Toulouse University (France). He practices as a psychologist at Pôle Guidance Infantile of the A.R.S.E.A.A in Haute-Garonne (France). Liliana Mauas is a psychoanalyst in Buenos Aires, member of the EOL and the WAP. She is Director of Radio Lacan.
